Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information

All items are made-to-order, unless they are specifically mentioned as stock item. 

Once a customer places an order, one of our master artisans will perform the entire production process, from the casting of the metal to the piece’s final hand-finish. All made-to-order items will ship within 2 weeks.

Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day. All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted with Expedited shipping methods selected will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12PM EST or Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next business day. All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS). Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot always be guaranteed.

The following shipping methods are in effect during this time:

  • Standard: Will arrive in 5-7 business days after processing, production and shipping

  • Two-Day: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing, production and shipping

  • Next-Day: Will arrive the following business day after processing, production and shipping

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  All eligible, unworn, unused items you would like to return must be sent back to Diallure within 15 days of receipt of product in original packaging with tags on.

Engraved and Personalized Jewelry,  gift cards,  merchandise marked as Final Sale, and permanently discounted or marked down merchandise are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We will provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return shipping label and return documents for all qualifying return and exchange requests.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and eligibility of your return for refund. 
For all eligible returns, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days following receipt of your return. 

Please include any complimentary product gifted with a purchase with your return, or your refund will be adjusted to reflect the retail value of the gift. The gifted product cannot be returned by itself or exchanged.

Exchanging Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a gift certificate to the gift giver.
